This is a novice-friendly powerlifting competition designed to give first-time lifters a supportive, professionally run platform to compete and build confidence. This will be our 12th edition coming on March 15th.
APL BATTLE OF THE WEST II
Following our successful first APL competition last year we will be hosting another Battle of the West! This is an elite battleground for APL athletes pushing for Nationals qualification.
