GEORGE KAFROUNI

I’ve been coaching for over 15 years and specialise in strength training and strength & conditioning for athletes across a wide range of sports.

I coach powerlifting, functional fitness, and body recomposition, helping clients achieve fat loss, muscle gain, and long-term performance improvements. My approach is results-driven and individualised, ensuring every program is tailored to the person and their specific goals.

CAITLIN EDWARDS

I’ve been coaching for over 5 years and specialise in strength training, body recomposition, and physique development.

As a competitive bodybuilder and accredited Exercise Physiologist, with formal education from the University of Sydney and certifications in nutrition, I take an evidence-based approach to coaching. I work with clients across strength training, weight loss, and muscle gain, delivering personalised programs that support performance, health, and long-term results.

PASHA OSMAN

I am a strength and movement–based coaching business that works with clients of all levels, from general population to competitive powerlifters. I specialise in building strength, improving movement quality, reducing pain, and preparing athletes for competition. Coaching is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is getting stronger, moving better, returning from injury, or competing at a high level. Services include in-person and online coaching, personalised programming, technique analysis, and long-term athlete development with a strong focus on sustainable progress and performance.

KEVIN YUAN

My fitness journey began in 2007 when I was introduced to weightlifting by my brother — what started as a way to lose weight quickly became a deep passion for strength training. I competed in my first powerlifting competition at 18, setting three national records, and went on to compete at State, National, and World level from 2014 onwards. In 2016, I also stepped away from powerlifting to compete in bodybuilding, further expanding my understanding of physique development. My coaching is grounded in a deep knowledge of human movement and lifting technique, allowing me to coach individuals of all ages, genders, and experience levels to achieve their goals safely and effectively.

LUKE SHAKESPEARE

I’ve been involved in powerlifting since the beginning of its growth in Australia and have played a key role in the development of the sport. My coaching is designed to support athletes at all levels — whether you’re getting started, chasing personal records, or refining competitive performance. I take a holistic approach, focusing not only on strength training, but also on nutrition, mindset, and overall athlete development, while actively promoting the sport through education and community engagement.
